While Ticketmaster’s service fees are almost universally hated — and according to previous reports, the company has pretty shady business practices — having the option to purchase tickets through an Echo speaker sounds like a cool addition if you’re buying one anyway. So long as you link your Ticketmaster account with Alexa, you’ll be able to use the feature. That is, if you’re in the US.
