Easter Sunday this year falls on April 1, but you’d need to be a bit of a fool to wait until then to buy Easter Eggs, especially if you want to get a bargain.

At Tesco, for instance, you’ll find eggs from the likes of Nestlé, Cadbury and Mars on buy two, get two free deals. The offer is available on medium-sized eggs costing £1.50, but means you can get four eggs for just £3 and save £3 in the process. Go online to order your eggs.

Cut-price tasty offers

Marks & Spencer has a new “quick-to-cook” range with all ready meals at 20% off for the next two weeks. So £8 meals are down to £6.40, £6 ones cut to £4.80, while the cheapest in the range are reduced from £4.30 to £3.60.

The offer includes Korean Style Sea Bass Fillets and Aromatic King Prawn Laksa and runs until 13 March.
